Reminder: Path of the Destroyer Price Increase Tomorrow! - Epic Time Wars Price Increase Coming Monday!
Tomorrow is the last day to pre-order L5R Path of the Destroyer at our lowest prices! The new set is expected to arrive in less than a month!
Fans of the Epic Trading Card Game will want to place their pre-orders for the upcoming Time Wars expansion right away. The new set is expected to arrive on August 17th. We plan to raise our booster box and case price on Monday, August 3rd. So order now and save!

Spider-Man Archives 9-Case Incentive Announced! - Lost Seasons 1 Thru 5 Coming in '10
Rittenhouse Archives provided us with some updated information on its upcoming Spider-Man Archives set today.
Previously, we had been advertising the 6-case incentive card as a hand-painted card by Jason Portratz and Jack Hai. Apparently the 6-case incentive cards will now be painted in water-color/gouache by John Haun.
The best news we received was that Rittenhouse has added a 9-case incentive. Customers pre-ordering 9 cases now receive a free hand-painted card from Andy Price, who did the 3-case incentives for the X-Men Archives set.
Rittenhouse also announced that the Archive box (which is free to customers who pre-order 18 cases!) will include 30 random sketch cards!
The revised release date for Spider-Man Archives is October 28th. Previously, we'd been told that this set would arrive a week earlier on October 21st. This set is selling very well, and we expect customers to be even more interested after hearing today's news. If you are considering pre-ordering Spider-Man Archives, don't hesitate. We fully expect Rittenhouse to sell out of this product before it hits shelves.
In other non-sport trading card news, Rittenhouse has posted an announcement on its web site that it will be releasing a Lost Seasons 1 Thru 5 trading card set next February. This is one of the first former Inkworks properties that we've seen picked up by another company. One of the others being Ghost Whisperer, which is being produced by Breygent. We are accepting pre-orders for Ghost Whisperer Seasons 1 & 2 now. Based on the success of Inkworks' Lost sets, we would expect Rittenhouse's upcoming set to be very popular. Pre-Selling Pokemon Tins - Dragon Ball Clash of Sagas On Sale - If It's New, It's Hot!
We are taking pre-orders now for two new Pokemon tin series. The Pokemon Platinum 2009 Holiday Tins are expected to ship on September 4th. Each case includes 9 tins, and there are 3 different designs. Each tin includes 1 Diamond & Pearl series booster pack, 3 Platinum series booster packs, and 1 of 3 foil Pokemon LV.X promo cards (Charizard LV.X, Garchomp LV.X, or Rayquaza LV.X). Cases are just $109.
The Pokemon LVL.X Collector Tins are expected to ship by August 5th. This series brings back some of the popular tins from the past few years. Each case includes 9 tins (3 Giratina tins from the '09 spring release, 3 Regigias tins from the '08 holiday release, and 3 Darkrai tins from the '08 spring release). Cases are $109.
Don't forget that we are also taking pre-orders now for the upcoming Pokemon Platinum Supreme Victors expansion, due out on August 21st! Supreme Victors includes more than 25 new Pokemon SP. There are also 6 Pokemon SP LV.X, including Charizard and Rayquaza, as well as powerful Supporter, Stadium, and secret cards.
Bandai has announced plans to release its next Dragon Ball expansion in October. The Clash of Sagas expansion introduces more than 100 new cards to the Dragon Ball card game with artwork that has never been released in the United States. Debuting in this set are Broly, Future Trunks, Bojacks, and Papaya Man. Goku's strongest attack, the Dragonfist Technique card, will be one of the most sought after cards. Two new mechanics, Back-up and Expert, are also introduced. Each booster pack includes 10 cards (1 holographic foil, 1 rainbow foil-stamped rare, 2 uncommons, and 6 commons). Super-rare gold-holographic foil inserts are found 1:8 packs on average. Booster boxes are available for $59. Cases (6 boxes) are just $348.
While we haven't seen many new releases over the past few weeks, the few products that have come out remain red hot. Legend of the Five Rings Celestial Edition has been as in demand as any product over the past few months. We just received a restock of starter boxes, and we still have booster boxes in stock as well.
The new Magic the Gathering 2010 Core Set has also been highly sought after since its release just a week ago. From what we've heard the manufacturer is sold out of Magic 2010 at the moment and won't have more available until some time next month. We have an extremely limited quantity of boosters and fat packs in stock right now, but we are doing our best to try to get more.
We heard this week that the new Yugi Duelist Packs are already sold out at Konami. Quick sellouts seem to be the trend with Konami right now. The Yugi Duelist Pack boxes have been selling very well over the past week. We would expect to see them getting tougher to find in the coming weeks. If you are thinking about ordering these, you may want to do so sooner rather than later.
Finally, one of the biggest surprises for us in recent months was the interest in Fantasy Flight's new Kingdom Hearts expansion, Break of Dawn. This was the first Kingdom Hearts product to be released since early November of last year, but it is obvious that a lot of loyal Kingdom Hearts fans had waited patiently for the new set.

Konami has announced plans to release Ancient Prophecy Special Edition in October. Each Special Edition pack includes 3 Ancient Prophecy booster packs and 1 of 2 Super Rare variant cards (Solar Recharge or Red-Eyes Wyvern). We are selling boxes for just $63 each.
Konami has also announced plans to release Jack Atlas Collectible Tins in late September. Each tin includes 1 Crossroads of Chaos pack, 1 Crimson Crisis pack, 1 Raging Battle pack, and 2 Ancient Prophecy packs. Also included are a pack of purple card sleeves with the official Yu-Gi-Oh 5D's logo and a secret rare variant card of XX-Saber Gottoms (previously available only as an Ultra Rare in Ancient Prophecy). We've just begun taking pre-orders for Breygent Marketing's upcoming Ghost Whisperer Seasons 1 and 2 set. It is scheduled to arrive in August.

Kingdom Hearts Break of Dawn Arrives - Game of Thrones Tower of the Hand In Stock
The new Kingdom Hearts Break of Dawn expansion arrived today! We have a limited number of boosters and starters left in stock. Boosters are $57/box and starters are $43/box.

John Astin Added To Twilight Zone Autograph Lineup - Spider-Man 6-Case Incentive Revealed
Rittenhouse has released some new information about the upcoming Twilight Zone 50th Anniversary set that it plans to release on September 30th.
Rittenhouse has secured 50 different autograph signers for the set! Among those signers is John Astin (Gomez Addams from "The Addams Family"). Don't forget that every box will include 4 autographs!
The case topper is a Dana Dillaway (from "One For The Angels") autograph card. Originally, the case topper was set to be a sequentially numbered Rod Serling facsimile autograph card. Customers pre-ordering 6 cases will receive a free George Clayton Johnson autograph card. Johnson wrote several Twilight Zone episodes.

Earlier in the week we mentioned the overwhelming demand for the new L5R Celestial Edition boosters and starters. The set has continued to sizzle this week. We are now taking orders for a shipment of Celestial Edition that we expect to arrive by Wednesday, July 8th. If you order now, we will ship your order as soon as our restock arrives. Fantasy Flight Games has anounced plans to release the next Universal Fighting System expansion in September. The new expansion will introduce Tekken 6 to the UFS world. Tekken fans can look for five new characters - Kazuya Mishima, Nina Williams, Paul Phoenix, King, and Christie Monteiro. The set will include 99 new cards and will feature new uses of the Combo mechanic. We are selling booster boxes for $56 and 12-box booster cases for $659.
Upper Deck will release the next World of Warcraft expansion, Scourgewar, in November. We are now accepting pre-orders for the new set. Scourgewar introduces new mounts, keywords, and a new master hero - Kel'Thuzad. The Death Knight class is fully integrated with this expansion with new heroes, abilities, equipment, and dual-class cards included. A new alternate rules set, Strand of the Ancients Rules, is included on some UDE Points cards. Players can use their existing cards to play with the new rules. Three new loot cards are also randomly inserted in packs. Booster boxes are $63 and 12-box booster cases are $744.
